b. Emails Sent via Sendsheets:

• Stored Data: We store the content of emails sent through Sendsheets, including information from the columns you use for mail merge (e.g., recipient names, email addresses).
• Access Control: This data is only accessible by the logged-in user who sent the emails. Each user's data is isolated and protected from access by other users.

c. User Behavior Tracking:

• Tools Used: We use Posthog to track user behavior within the App to understand usage patterns and improve our services.
• Data Storage: The behavior data collected is stored encrypted in Supabase to ensure its security and privacy.

2. How We Use Your Information

Email Functionality:

• Email Storage: We store emails sent through Sendsheets to enable you to access your email history, monitor email delivery, and analyze the effectiveness of your email campaigns.
• Mail Merge: The stored columns from your Sheets facilitate personalized and efficient mail merge operations.

Improving Services:

• User Behavior Analysis: We analyze behavior data to enhance the App's functionality, improve user experience, and develop new features.

6. Your Choices

Account Management:

• Disconnecting Accounts: You may disconnect Sendsheets from your Google account at any time, which will prevent any further access to your Sheets or Gmail by the App.

Accessing Your Data:
